The ground has been prepared in advance of the rainy season in preparation for the massive 2025 planting project at the Rotifunk Hospital garden.  Proceeds from the sale of the fruits and vegetables will be used to help with the expenses of the Hospital.  Here, 250 rows have been prepared for planting nearly 2,000 Chinese yam tubers.

In preparation for the planting of 300 Malaysian Dwarf Hybrid coconut seedlings, these holes have been dug to a depth of 3 feet and a circumference of 3 feet.  Coc0nuts are a profitable crop in Sierra Leone and this variety is fast-growing.
